Research Assistant Professor Nan Liu has been been named as the 2021 recipient of The Meteoritical Society's Nier Prize.
The Nier Prize is named after Alfred O. C. Nier. It is an early career award for a young scientist awarded annually by The Meteoritical Society and recognizes outstanding research in meteoritics and closely allied fields. Recipients must be under 35 years old at the end of the calendar year in which they are selected.
