Mentor Nomination Form

I hereby nominate and agree to supervise the student named below for an Undergraduate Research Award. I have discussed a research opportunity with the Washington University student named, have agreed with the student on the proposed subject and approach of the research project, and can provide appropriate and sufficient resources for that student during the time of the research. Upon request, I will provide a brief evaluation of the student's work at the end of the research project.

The student and I understand that this work will likely be presented in oral or poster form at an Undergraduate Research Symposium and summarized in the Symposium program and WUURD, the Washington University Undergraduate Research Digest. If the presentation or WU publication expectation associated with this award jeopardizes any other publication we will make appropriate arrangements.
