Physics Theory Seminar with Syksy Räsänen on Primordial Black Holes
Syksy Räsänen (Hosted by Ferrer) from University of Helsinki will be presenting the seminar "Primordial Black Holes from Stochastic Inflation"
Primordial black holes are an interesting dark matter candidate. I discuss how to generate the required large density perturbations from inflation, why stochastic effects are important, and how to model them consistently. I will also discuss new results on stochasticity in black hole collapse.
