2024 NASA Exploration Science Forum

The NASA Solar System Exploration Virtual Institute (SSERVI) is pleased to announce the 2024 NASA Exploration Science Forum will be held on July 23-25, 2024 at Washington University in St. Louis

This conference will focus on basic and applied scientific questions fundamental to understanding the Moon, Near Earth Asteroids, the moons of Mars, and the environments of these bodies; a particular emphasis will be placed on the Moon.  New topics within this area include PSR Characterization and Sample Science.  In addition to science and exploration topics, we are continuing with abstract topics beyond these individual planetary bodies, such as Equity, Diversity, Accessibility and Inclusion and Sustainable Exploration.  And a new topic for 2024, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Applications, promises to bring great interest as this rapidly-advancing field is applied to the future of planetary science.

Sponsored by NASA and the McDonnell Center for the Space Sciences.
